Alexa Cappiello is an actor, singer, writer, host and producer living in Los Angeles. She earned her MFA in Theatre Arts & Education from Florida Atlantic University, where she was nominated for an Irene Ryan Award for her performance in Dancing at Lughnasa. She loves and has done much musical theatre, having starred in many musicals over the years, including Little Shop of Horrors where she got to play Audrey twice(!). When she moved to Los Angeles, she joined SAG-AFTRA and continues to expand her work as an actor, writer, and producer. She produced a Diablo Immortal commercial, and Snoop Dogg’s music video "Crip Ya Enthusiasm". In LA she also discovered her love of hosting, having appeared on many talk shows discussing Marvel and cinema. Alexa has studied acting for the majority of her life. Recently, she starred in the award-winning film Disfigura alongside Doug Jones, and has also starred in Virginia in the Woods, set for a 2025 release.

A lifelong gamer with a penchant for MMOs, and self-proclaimed nerd, she became a cast member of Above Board TV, where she hosts "Lex Levels Up", a cosplay build show, acts in a variety of sketches, and is a cast member of ABTV's foray into D&D: "Dungeon Call".

Alexa continues to bring creativity, authenticity, and a passion for storytelling to all her projects, and is thrilled to be part of the nerd family that is ABTV
